How do you try cloth diapers on your baby for fit without compromising their cleanliness in case you have to return them? Here are some tips:

#1) Check the weight range before you buy - All of our products have a manufacturer suggested weight range in the product description.  Make sure that your baby fits within that range for the cloth diaper you're considering purchasing.  If baby is within the weight range, then fit won't be an issue most of the time. 

Sometimes travelling with babies, toddlers or bigger kids seems like a ton of effort and if you have a baby or two in cloth it's one more thing to pack.

Here's some quick tips that helped me to make taking your diapers along the simplest part of your packing.

#1) PACK NATURAL FABRICS
Pack your bamboo, cotton, and hemp, and leave the microfibre at home (or take it only or layering with natural fabrics). Microfibre can be prone to compression leaking in carseats and baby carriers especially if you go a little longer than usual between changes and the inserts are very saturated.

Let's be honest, blowouts are a lot less common when babies wear cloth diapers compared to when they wear disposables.  But 💩 happens and sometimes it happens in a BIG way. First, know your enemy.  What causes a diaper blowout in the first place?

Use one hand to hold the diaper together while you secure the Snappi with your right hand.  Secure the Snappi to the fabric on one hip, then stretch it over to grab the fabric near the other hip.  Now take the bottom of the T and secure it to the fabric between baby's legs like you see in the photo here.
