Kinder Warranty

Kinder Warranty

If you're considering the Kinder brand, here's what you need to know about their warranty.

Key Points

  • 30 day warranty from shipment delivery date
  • Covers defects found before or after first wash on fabric, snaps and stitching

Kinder's warranty covers manufacturer defects within 30 days of receipt. What does that mean? Manufacturer defects are problems that are evident when the diaper arrives to you or after the first wash.  It includes defective fabric, snaps or stitching.

Warranty does not cover issues that arise from misuse or poor washing/care.

Kinder's warranty begins the day you receive your diapers and ends 30 days after shipment delivery. This means you should inspect and wash your new diapers within that timeframe to make sure any issues will be covered. *If you are pregnant and are purchasing Kinder diapers for a baby that is due in the future, make sure you look over your Kinder diapers carefully when you get them.

Warranty extends to the original purchaser only and does not transfer if an item is gifted.  Leaking, odor, fit, fading, staining, normal wear and tear, or defects resulting from misuse or improper washing are not covered by manufacturer warranty.

If you have a warrantable issue with your Kinder diapers, contact us.
