If you're considering the Thirsties brand, you should know that they have one of the best, most comprehensive warranties you can find among cloth diaper companies. Here's what you need to know about their warranty.
Key Points
- Products are under limited warranty for possible return for up to 1 year after the original purchase date.
- Covered defects include loose stitching, holes discovered on arrival and broken snaps.
- Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the item.
Note: Staining, fading, holes or fabric thinning are all part of wear and tear and are not covered by warranty. Leaking is not a product defect and damage caused by the use of laundry additives or improper care will void the warranty. A dedicated customer service team is available at Thirsties to assist free of charge for troubleshooting and advice for all Thirsties customers.
In some cases Thirsties will ask that you send back the affected item so they can repair and donate it (they send you a mailing label).
