There is nothing more satisfying than a freshly baked loaf of Sourdough Bread! This Sourdough Set is a fun and helpful tool for all novice and experienced bread bakers.

The hero of the set is a unique, dual-layered Bread Bag which was designed under the guidance of master Sourdough bakers. The interior lining is made of 100% unbleached organic cotton and serves to absorb excess moisture and keep your bread crust nice and crispy. The exterior of the bag is made of upcycled TPU and allows for just the right amount of air transmission to keep your bread crumb nice and soft. The Bread Bag is generously sized to comfortably fit Boule, Batard and Baton loaves.

Set also includes a matching Small Cap for your sourdough starter jar and a Large Cap to cover your proofing bowl/basket. Both are designed to allow just the right amount of heat and vapor flow to keep that microbiome happy and healthy for optimal rising.

How To Use:
Use Small Cap to cover your sourdough starter (we recommend keeping your starter in a 32oz wide mouth mason jar).  Use your Large Cap on your mixing bowl or basket during proofing to keep moisture in and prevent the dreaded dough skin. Once bread is baked and cooled, slip it into your Bread Bag, cinch the drawstring tight and store at room temperature.

Launder Bread Bag and Caps as needed, they are washer/dryer safe. For best results, use Esembly Washing Powder. Hand wash/line dry if desired.

Measurements: 
Bread Bag measures 12" x 15" to fit most standard boule, batard and baton loaves.
Small Cap measures 4.5" diameter
Large Cap measures 10" diameter

Materials:
Bread Bag is made if 100% unbleached organic cotton on the inside and 100% GRS certified upcycled polyester (derived from recycled plastic bottles) with a waterproof TPU laminate on the exterior.

All materials are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified, independently tested to meet both US and EU Standards for Food Safety and are free of lead, BPA, PVC, and phthalates.
