Contact-less local pickup is available for our customers in and around Calgary, Alberta where we are located. Use code: LOCAL PICKUP at checkout to remove any shipping or contact us after placing your order to have shipping refunded and arrange a pickup time. I am CLOSED ON SUNDAYS, but otherwise flexible for pickups. If you're wanting a rush pickup this is usually possible, but please check ahead to make sure we can accommodate before placing your order if it's urgent.
Cloth Diaper Kids ships within Canada and to the USA. We subsidize shipping so that it costs less for you than actual shipping rates. When you order from us, your order will generally ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified on the checkout page. (Orders placed during large promotional sales such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, Earth Day, brand wide sales or exclusive launches may take longer to ship). Orders ship in the order they are received as fast as possible).
Orders are shipped through various shipping carriers, couriers and/or Canada Post and USPS. If your order tracking says delivered and you don't see it at your door, please check your mailbox. Canada Post and USPS deliver to your mailbox. Multiple orders placed close together will ship together when possible.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS
If you make an error in your shipping address, let us know as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, I can edit the label no problem. However, if the shipment has already gone to the post office or has been returned to us as undeliverable, re-shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after they have been shipped.
USA BOUND SHIPMENTS
Generally there are no duties or additional taxes as we pay those during importation. However, in the event that any taxes or fees are levied by customs or other organizations at the border, they are the customer's responsibility to pay. We will not split orders into multiple shipments or change the value of your parcel on customs documents. We cannot advise if there will be fees or in what amount so we cannot provide estimates. Multiple orders placed close together will be combined to ship together when possible.
OVERSEAS ORDERING
If you are ordering from overseas and are using a mail forwarding company of any kind, we are not responsible for the shipment after it arrives at the forwarder as delivered. If there are items missing or damaged from your order when it arrives to you, we cannot be held responsible for any tampering or mis-shipping that can potentially happen at the forwarding facility and we will require evidence that the items were missing or damaged from the order when the shipment arrived at the forwarding facility. We recommend that you arrange to have your order verified and counted at the forwarding facility.
